Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent with 10+ years experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects across multiple technical disciplines.
• Advanced leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and organizational development.
• Master’s degree and DoD government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, aligning with goals and objectives.
• Oversee project and program execution, staffing, deadlines, and budgets.
• Lead recruiting and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure optimal application of technology and resources to meet program requirements.
