Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize our construction and mechanical services operations. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within margin targets, while driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and deep knowledge of HSE and risk management, with an emphasis on strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years operations experience with 5+ in a senior leadership role in construction/mechanical services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization experience.
• Experience with ERP, PM tools, and Lean/continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management in construction/mechanical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth in construction and mechanical services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to meet margins and revenue targets.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting systems to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies; ensure regulatory compliance across sites.
• Optimize procurement, supply chain, and vendor management to improve lead times and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies in operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business development, client relations, and contracts.
