Job summary

bswift LLC is seeking an Analyst II – Operations Delivery to support client service and audit activities across Payroll, Carrier Files, Demographic Files, and related audits. You will work with the SOA and OM to ensure data accuracy and timely resolutions while contributing to a high level of client satisfaction.

This remote role can be filled anywhere in the United States, with Central Time availability expectations for all teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience, which can include summer jobs, internships.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list.
• Willingness to overtime on occasion, with prior approval.
• B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit payroll files for discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Audit inbound/outbound demographic and carrier files for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the SOA and OM to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain audit documentation and resolutions for future reference.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance payroll accuracy.
• Provide support during internal and external audits with prepared documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to benefits administration systems.
• Manage deliverables independently and contribute to client health by delivering outstanding service.
