Job summary

bsswift LLC is seeking an Implementation Analyst II to help build, test, and audit client systems while supporting consumers with our benefits administration software. You will handle hands-on configuration, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of client-facing analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of professional client-facing analysis and data management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, data summaries).
• Experience with databases and data interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and audit client sites with benefit plan rules and enrollment.
• Test client sites to ensure system functionality and quality.
• Import client data and ensure accuracy throughout implementation.
• Support clients via email/phone and respond with timely next steps.
• Audit system data and produce summary and detailed reports.
