Job summary

bswift, a leading benefits administration company, seeks a Client Analyst II to maintain client benefits websites, support ACA processing, and provide day-to-day operational service to clients and participants. The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and system testing across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and experience with HRIS/payroll systems, coupled with excellent communication and client-service abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
• Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to think creatively and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and business needs.
• Serve as first-level system support for assigned clients.
• Maintain and update client benefits websites.
• Perform ongoing audits and file reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage daily, weekly, and annual inbound and outbound file processing.
• Research, analyze, and resolve participant cases and inquiries.
• Execute client-specific reporting and ACA processing activities.
• Perform system testing to support platform releases and enrollment activities.
• Review release documentation to understand system changes and client impacts.
• Configure and test system functionality to meet client requirements for projects and enrollments.
