bswift is seeking an Analyst II – Operations Delivery to audit payroll, demographic, and carrier data across client accounts from a remote location in the U.S. The role collaborates with senior team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolutions while supporting audits and process improvements.

The position emphasizes data quality, attention to detail, and customer service, with Central Time expectations for availability, reflecting our Nationwide coverage and client focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience, which can include summer jobs, internships.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list.
• Willingness to overtime on occasion, with prior approval.
• B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit payroll files to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Verify the accuracy of data related to compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Collaborate with the SOA and OM to investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to‑date documentation of audit findings and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide support during audits, including documentation and reports.
