Job summary

Anaconda, Inc. is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. You will own end-to-end analytical projects, build dashboards in OMNI and Snowflake, and translate CRM, product, and financial data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with finance, GTM, and customer success, write optimized SQL and dbt models, and ensure data quality across reporting systems. Remote-friendly environment with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related role with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL for extraction, transformation, and analysis across multi-table environments.
• Experience with dbt for data modeling and transforming raw data into clean datasets.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience building dashboards/reports in a BI visualization tool (OMNI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
• Experience analyzing CRM data in Salesforce or similar for revenue and GTM reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) in analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in OMNI and Snowflake for finance, GTM, and customer success visibility.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and dbt models to transform CRM and product data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
• Conduct ROI analyses and quantitative deep-dives linking data outputs to business outcomes.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting systems and definitions.
• Automate routine reporting and manage ad hoc data requests to support accessibility.
• Document models, data dictionaries, and analytical approaches for team-wide reuse.
• Utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate SQL development and documentation.
