Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive AI-enabled analytics for Operations. You will build dashboards, data models, and AI solutions in Power BI and Snowflake, partnering with operations and executives to shape decisions.

Remote role with Pacific Time hours; contract-to-hire, compensation around market rates. You’ll work across Enrollment, Claims Operations, and more, translating needs into clear requirements and presenting insights to leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare payor, claims analytics, or health plan operations experience.
5+ years hands-on with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python.
Experience with AI-powered analytics or generative AI tools.
Excellent communication and executive presence for non-technical audiences.
Experience with Streamlit, Databricks, QNXT is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic data models, and AI-enabled analytics using Snowflake, SQL, Python.
Partner with operations leaders to translate goals into clear requirements.
Analyze claims, enrollment, workforce, and provider data to uncover trends and opportunities.
Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to keep analytics innovative and scalable.
