Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group, LLC in Augusta, Maine, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Operations Coordinator. This fully remote role runs 30 hours per week, 9am–5pm, with compensation up to $30/hour.

You will support client operations, logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination across the supply chain, service, and performance areas. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience, are highly organized, and able to work with external vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory management, order flow and outbound logistics with 3PL, delivery and installation partners
• Track inventory levels across warehouses and field deployments
• Support inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability
• Help manage processes related to equipment installation and consumables replenishment
• Coordinate internal and external resources required to deliver seamless BPaaS offering
• Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost management
• Coordinate with client points of contact to ensure elite client satisfaction
