Job summary

ICF is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator, Programs Operations to support the implementation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, focusing on commercial building systems and energy-efficient technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop process improvements, and help ensure efficient project evaluation, implementation, and reporting to advance energy goals and deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or associates with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects.
• Develop and share best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications.
• Review and assign project applications per program policies.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on inspections and surveys.
