Job summary

ICF is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to support the implementation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, focusing on commercial building systems and energy-efficient technologies.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, share best practices, and help deliver high-quality services. This role offers opportunities to build technical and consulting skills and contribute to impactful energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring evaluation, implementation, and verification of projects are successfully executed.
• Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications.
• Review project application forms and submittals for policy compliance.
• Assign project applications for processing and review per program policies.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and surveys.
