Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with contracts and change orders.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-start.

• Experience in a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the top priority and must be followed by all employees.
• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination of operations.
• Monitor and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Coordinate between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Schedule and participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; notify subcontractors about changes.
• Assist with monthly job profitability reviews and coordinate with internal teams to meet goals.
• Track CMMS work orders and review for invoicing completion.
