The Business Operations Coordinator will monitor and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include coordinating with Service Managers, liaising with customers, managing project tasks, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead internal project meetings with stakeholders and document meeting minutes.
• Schedule and participate in external project meetings and document them.
• Manage multiple high priority project issues to timely completion.
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic improvements.
• Provide direction to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identify problems in operations processes and resolve them quickly.
• Follow standard operating procedures for efficient operations.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures.
• Set up and maintain project filing system.
• Prepare and document extra work orders and change orders.
• Notify subcontractors regarding change orders and follow up.
• Assess improvements in processes and coordinate with management on implementations.
• Champion diversity and inclusion as part of SOLV Energy culture.
