SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor and manage day-to-day operations while aligning with customer expectations and company goals.

This fully remote role allows collaboration across Service Managers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate contracts, change orders, and ERP-based processes, maintain documentation, and drive improvements.

Formación

• 2+ years of contracts and change order management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting mindset.
• Strong collaboration and cross-team communication skills.
• Experience in a diverse, employee-owned company environment.
• Clear vision articulation into executable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage business operations to meet client expectations and goals.
• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day operational activities.
• Maintain project files and cost codes; prepare subcontracts and PO.
• Lead internal and external project meetings; document minutes.
• Monitor compliance with standards and procedures.
• Develop strategic improvements and evaluate performance.
