Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. This role is fully remote; interview will discuss location details.

You will support Service Managers, coordinate projects, ensure compliance, document meetings and drive process improvements while building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contracts and change order management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-start.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Managers in day-to-day coordination of business operations.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations.
• Liaise between customers and management for smooth operations.
• Lead internal project meetings and document outcomes.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Track work orders and assist profitability reviews.
