Job summary

Driven Brands Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations Analytics to lead analysis, monitoring, and reporting of operational performance with a focus on increasing sales, profits, and volume across the Take 5 network. You will partner with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in business/operations analytics or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of experience in multi-shop management.
• 1+ years of leading and mentoring analytics or operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives.
• Ability to write and understand SQL to extract data.
• Experience analyzing operational and performance metrics to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and insights.
• Lead complex analyses to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Develop standardized reporting to monitor shop operations.
• Present analytical narratives to operations leadership to drive action.
• Collaborate with Regional and District Managers to prioritize data-driven initiatives.
• Provide real-time analytical support via dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
• Mentor and develop analytics staff.
• Support KPI reporting and performance tracking.
• Deliver practical recommendations based on data analyses.
• Work with data engineering to improve data quality and access.
