Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in business/operations analytics or equivalent.
• 3+ years in multi‑shop management.
• 1+ years leading analytics or operations teams.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Lead analyses to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Develop standardized reporting to monitor shop operations.
• Present analytical narratives to leadership to drive action.
