Job summary

Driven Brands, based in North Carolina, seeks a Manager of Operations Analytics to lead analysis, monitoring, and reporting of operational performance with a focus on increasing sales, profits, and volume across Take 5 Oil Change network. You will partner with Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of analytics or operations experience.
• 3+ years managing multiple shops.
• 1+ years leading analytics teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data handling.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word for exec comms.
• SQL knowledge to extract data from relational databases.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Lead analyses to identify opportunities and quantify impact.
• Develop standardized reporting to monitor operations.
• Present analytics narratives to leadership to drive action.
• Collaborate with regional managers to prioritize initiatives.
• Provide real-time analytical support via dashboards.
• Mentor and grow operations analysts.
• Support KPI reporting and performance tracking.
• Identify trends and drivers impacting performance.
• Work with data engineers to improve data quality.
