Job summary

Fanatics seeks an experienced analytics leader within the Strategic Operations & Analytics team in the United States. You will manage a small team of 2–3 analysts, own cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, and drive data‑driven decisions for CX, Fraud, Payments, WFM, and VIP.

You will write and optimize SQL, review models and dashboards, and set the analytical bar for the team while partnering with central data teams on pipelines and AI enablement to scale insights across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, BI, data analytics, or strategic operations.
• 2+ years managing analysts directly.
• Advanced, hands‑on SQL; you write, QA, and optimize complex queries.
• Working with dbt: build/review models; design decisions and issue identification.
• Experience owning complex cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience building dashboards in Sigma or Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management; communicate to senior leaders and propose alternatives.
• High attention to data quality; catch issues before leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–3 analysts; set goals, give feedback, manage performance.
• Review SQL/dbt models, dashboards, and analyses for quality and impact.
• Own cross‑functional analytics initiatives end‑to‑end from problem to recommendation.
• Set standards for dashboards and reporting; ensure KPI visibility and documented assumptions.
• Present findings to stakeholders and defend methodologies under scrutiny.
• Partner with central data teams on pipelines and data platform needs.
• Drive AI enablement; support analytics‑driven agent development and automation.
