Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Analyst within Retail Bank Operations. The role supports cash vault, document handling, and collections for multiple lending and card services, with a focus on process improvement and automation.

Based remotely in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, the position offers potential select geographic remote work with occasional in-office needs. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST.

Qualifications

• No degree required; related experience may be considered.
• Experience in banking operations and risk awareness is a plus.
• Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Executes routine transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value using standard policies.
• Identifies and escalates exceptions and coordinates with internal service partners.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available; confirms equipment operation where applicable.
• Provides responses and documentation to inquiries; may assist in training and process improvement.
• Reviews transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and conformance to SLAs and policies.
