You will obtain due diligence items for various loan types, draft legal packages, and coordinate with partners to ensure accurate documentation and compliance. Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents to match credit approvals and deal requirements.
• Create and maintain legal document files for complex transactions.
• Coordinate with Servicing to onboard and accurately book transactions.
• Prepare and issue legal documents to clients and review executed documents for compliance.
• Satisfy due diligence for standard transactions and resolve exceptions.
