Job summary

Advocate Health, headquartered in Charlotte, seeks a fully remote Enterprise Corporate - Accounting operations professional. You will collect, review, and analyze data for assigned projects, conduct time studies, and help develop process workflows with SME input.

You will manage multiple projects, train teammates on systems, and support change management initiatives across the organization while contributing to Advocate Health's Total Rewards and career development programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical/clinical experience.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience.
• Time management.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance before/after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in developing process workflows.
• Documents process workflows and publishes changes in a disciplined format.
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and supports change management.
• Manages several projects simultaneously.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
