You will collect, review, and analyze data related to assigned projects, conduct time studies, and develop workflows and job aids to support change management across internal customers.

• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience.
• Time management.

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance before and after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on process operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, and publishes documents in an organized format.

• Manages several projects simultaneously.
