Job summary

Motion in the United States is seeking an Operational Support Analyst to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for the Industrial Parts team. You will run payroll calculations in Workday, handle retroactive payments, and support audits.

This role collaborates with Payroll Manager, trains team members, documents SOPs, and resolves complex payroll issues while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable payroll system.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll through Workday and ensure accuracy across cycles.
• Audit, review, and reconcile weekly, biweekly, semimonthly and monthly payrolls.
• Import and balance timekeeping and bonus files; complete retroactive payments.
• Prepare manual checks and reconcile ACH debits/credits as needed.
• Assist with training and development of payroll team members; support audits.
