PNC Financial Services Group is seeking an Operations Advisor in the Complex Loan Administration team. You will service a complex commercial real estate portfolio with cash management activities, ensuring compliance with servicing agreements and applicable regulations.

Remote work may be available in select locations with approval, otherwise this role is based in the Little Rock area with occasional in-office needs.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate loan administration preferred.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports a critical operational support service and ensures performance and risk indicators are met.
• Prepares performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitors production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues; serves as escalation point.
• Drives change and improvement efforts in production and processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; resolves compliance issues.
