PNC is seeking an Operations Advisor for the Complex Loans - Midland organization in the United States. The role focuses on servicing a complex commercial real estate portfolio with active cash management in compliance with servicing agreements and regulatory standards.

Remote work may be available in select locations with in-office participation as needed. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• University/college degree required; combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Supports a critical operational support service and ensures performance or risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance and reports statistics for stakeholders.
• Monitors production workflow and assists team with escalated issues; serves as escalation point.
