Wishup is seeking an Online Business Manager to join as a full-time, long-term contract. The role is remote with work hours aligning to US time zones (EST & PST). You will support administrative, executive, and operational tasks for dynamic entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities include inbox/calendar management, research, MIS reporting, CRM work, and project coordination. Prior experience with US/UK clients is a plus, and the candidate should be self-driven in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of full-time professional work experience in operations, admin, or project coordination.
• Experience with US or UK clients/teams is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative and executive assistance including calendar management and planning itineraries.
• Online research and documentation to support key business decisions.
• Maintaining Database and MIS Reporting with data collection, cleansing, and visualization.
• Lead Generation & CRM using online platforms and data scraping; manage leads in CRM.
• Project Management and Coordination across executives, departments, and vendors; meet deadlines.
