Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional work experience in operations, admin, or project coordination.
• Experience working with US/UK clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and executive assistance: manage inbox, calendars, itineraries, minutes, presentations, and related tasks.
• Online research and documentation: summarize research to support business decisions.
• Maintain database and MIS reporting: data collection, cleansing, validation, formatting, and representation.
• Lead generation & CRM: find quality leads and manage CRM workflows.
• Project management and coordination across executives, departments, and vendors.
• Support other admin tasks as assigned.
