Job summary

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager to drive commercial performance within an assigned geographic territory by building professional relationships with oncology providers and delivering compliant, high-quality scientific and product education.

The role operates independently in the field while collaborating cross-functionally to provide insights that inform strategy, patient access, and reimbursement considerations, in compliance with FDA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, with oncology experience required.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Independent field-based work with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of compliant promotion in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and compliance.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage oncology accounts including oncologists and key staff.
• Deliver approved product information, clinical data, and disease state education in a compliant manner.
• Manage account interactions to support appropriate product utilization.
• Analyze territory performance data to adjust strategy and resources.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Field Insights: collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership and others to support patient access and education.
• Communicate field-based insights related to customer needs, market dynamics, and reimbursement trends.
• Participate in internal meetings, training, and business reviews.
• Administrative, Reporting & Compliance: maintain timely documentation of customer interactions and territory plans in CRM.
• Complete expense reporting and other administrative requirements per policy.
• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, SOPs, and industry standards.
