Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager to drive commercial performance within an assigned geographic territory by building professional relationships with oncology healthcare providers and executing brand strategy in the field.

This role operates independently, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver insights that inform business strategy and patient access, in compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, with oncology experience required.
• Proven ability to work independently in a field-based role with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of compliant promotion within a regulated environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, objectives, and compliance.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage oncology accounts including oncologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and key staff.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and approved product information, data, and disease state education in a compliant manner.
• Manage account interactions to support appropriate product utilization within approved indications.
• Analyze territory performance data to adjust strategy and optimize call planning and resources.
