Job summary

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager to drive commercial performance within an assigned U.S. geographic territory.

You will develop and maintain professional relationships with oncology providers, deliver compliant product education, and support appropriate patient identification and access. The role operates independently in the field and collaborates cross-functionally to inform business strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, with oncology experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of compliant promotion within a regulated environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with brand strategy and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Insights: Work with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership and other stakeholders to support access and education.
• Administrative, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain documentation of customer interactions and ensure alignment with FDA regulations and SOPs.
