Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will be a recognised Oncology professional with experience in design, operational conduct, and successful global delivery of solutions.

You will partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, Commercial Operations, and Strategic Business Units to optimize new business awards through compelling operational and technical strategies and business solutions.

Qualifications

• Oncology expertise with design, operational conduct and global delivery experience.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related clinical/operational strategy.
• Experience in CRO/Life Science environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs to identify, qualify, and prioritize oncology opportunities and craft solutions for sales campaigns.
• Advise Sponsors and internal teams, developing competitive solution models and communicating with audiences from peers to C-suite.
• Create customer-focused proposal content that differentiates Parexel and drives growth across units.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions, meet client needs, and convey value propositions and success factors.
• Define bid content and support or participate in bid pursuit meetings for RFP strategies.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique business solutions and position Parexel's value.
• Provide strategic/technical leadership in pre- and post-sales activities and for major accounts.
• Support clients through pre-award processes and promote solution adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of products/pipelines and industry trends; incorporate market feedback into product/solutions development.
• Bring market requirements to Product Management and solution development to strengthen Parexel's value proposition.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives and present solutions.
• Support SBU-specific targets.
