Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.

• Reside in or near the district.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers.
• Communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for Oncology products.
• Understand oncology care team dynamics, tumor pathways, and treatment options.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment across multiple drug channels.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the local team and district manager.
