Ladders is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative for the Nashville, TN area. This remote field sales role focuses on growing oncology product performance while building trusted customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

You will deliver patient-centered messaging, navigate complex treatment and purchasing environments, and contribute to strategic execution in a highly regulated healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of sales experience or high school diploma with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Oncology experience preferred (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel.
• Reside in or near the Nashville district.
• Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles.

Responsibilities
