Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking an Oncology Provider Account Manager to drive awareness and adoption of its clinical trial services among oncology providers. You will educate oncologists and hematologists about AI-powered trial matching, guide referrals, and manage enrollment processes across a defined territory with remote work and frequent travel.

The role emphasizes field-based engagement, strong relationships with community and non-trial sites, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of field-based provider relations/outreach/account management with healthcare providers.
• Experience in oncology/hematology preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to educate providers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your assigned region (community and non-trial-site settings).
• Educate providers on Massive Bio’s AI-powered trial matching tools and pre-screening workflows.
• Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices to introduce services and maintain engagement.
• Spend 70–75% of time in the field visiting oncology providers within the local territory.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback from providers to internal teams to improve service offerings and communication.
• Coordinate with internal operations, clinical, and data teams to support trial referrals and provider onboarding.
• Remote work model with home-based office and travel for visits.
