Massive Bio in California seeks an Oncology Provider Account Manager to educate oncology providers about our AI-powered trial matching and referral services. You will build relationships with oncologists and hematologists, conduct visits, and promote enrollment across the U.S.

This is a remote role with a home-based office and frequent travel. Candidates should have 3+ years in field-based provider relations or healthcare sales, a life sciences degree, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, account management, or sales with healthcare providers (ideally oncology or hematology).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to educate healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your assigned region.
• Educate providers on AI-powered matching tools and workflows.
• Support trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices.
• Spend 70–75% of time in the field visiting oncology providers within your local territory.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support trial referrals and onboarding.
• Remote work model with home-based office and travel.
