Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive physician awareness and adoption of its AI-powered trial services among oncology providers. You will educate oncologists and related specialists, guide referrals, and support enrollment.

This remote, home-based role requires 70–75% field travel within your territory. The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree and 3+ years in healthcare provider relations, with strong communication, organization, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, or account management with healthcare providers.
Experience in oncology/hematology context is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in assigned region.
Educate providers on AI-powered matching tools and pre-screening workflows.
Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices.
Spend 70–75% of time in the field visiting providers in local territory.
Track interactions, referrals, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and communication.
Coordinate with operations, clinical, and data teams to support referrals.
