Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through coverage, reimbursement, and support programs within the US Oncology portfolio. You will act as the primary contact for consented patients and caregivers, assisting onboarding and ongoing treatment phases.

You will educate offices on payer coverage and cost-sharing, support enrollment in PAP, and coordinate with specialty pharmacy and back-office teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient experience programs.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights, with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients and caregivers, providing approved information and education on oncology care and access programs.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support patient enrollment in PAP and guide offices through enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.
