The position involves educating on benefit discussions, helping enroll in PAP and related programs, and coordinating with back-office teams to resolve access barriers. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or insurance navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient and caregiver SPOC for oncology access and reimbursement.
• Educate providers/patients on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Support enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs and PAP.
• Document interactions and outcomes in Salesforce Health Cloud per program standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy in all communications.
