Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding enrollment and access through program requirements.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Support patient enrollment in GSK services, including PAP, and assist offices with enrollment needs.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud in line with program standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain data privacy throughout interactions.
