Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate in the United States with oncology experience preferred. The role focuses on site management, monitoring activities, and collaboration with sponsor teams to ensure trial integrity and compliance across all phases.

The candidate will perform remote and on-site monitoring, manage regulatory documentation, and support audits/inspections while traveling as needed up to approximately 65-75% of working time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Experience with site start-up, maintenance and close-out activities.
• Proven ability to manage site performance and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager throughout all trial phases.
• Coordinate and manage tasks with sponsor roles to achieve site readiness.
• Conduct monitoring visits (validation, initiation, monitoring, close-out) and produce clear reports.
• Collect and review regulatory documentation for study start-up and maintenance.
• Escalate site issues per defined escalation pathway in collaboration with management.
