Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage trial sites across the US. You will act as the primary contact, ensure site readiness, and oversee monitoring visits in accordance with ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, a science-focused Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel 65–75% for domestic and international work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager through all trial phases.
• Ensure site readiness and compliance with ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.
• Monitor and oversee site visits (initiation, monitoring, close-out).
• Manage regulatory documents and TMF entries.
• Communicate issues and escalate per CRA escalation path.
• Support audits/inspections and site performance.
