Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage sites across US locations, with a focus on oncology experience preferred. The role covers initiation through close-out visits, regulatory documentation, and proactive site performance improvement.

Strong communication, data review, and travel readiness are essential as the CRA supports multiple protocols in a matrix, multicultural environment. Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.
• Gains an in-depth understanding of the study protocol and related procedures.
• Coordinates and manages various tasks in collaboration with other sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring & oversight activities to ensure data accuracy and patient safety.
• Conducts site visits including initiation, monitoring, closeout with comprehensive reports.
• Collects, reviews, and monitors regulatory documentation for study start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
• Communicates with Investigators and site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, retention, and regulatory issues.
