Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager for multi-phase clinical studies across US locations. The role emphasizes site management, monitoring, and collaboration with sponsors to ensure protocol adherence and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, a science-related degree, and strong English communication skills. Travel up to 65–75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager through all phases of the trial.
• Monitor site performance for data accuracy, safety and protocol compliance.
• Manage regulatory documentation, start-up, maintenance and close-out.
• Collaborate with sponsor roles on site selection and validation activities.
• Contribute to audits/inspections and maintain trial documentation in systems.
