Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Experience with ICH-GCP and regulatory documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases.
• Monitor sites to ensure data accuracy, patient safety and protocol adherence.
• Coordinate site activities and communicate with investigators and staff.
• Maintain regulatory filings and TMF in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Support audits/inspections and risk-based monitoring practices.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 65–75% of time.
