Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. The role demands strong site monitoring, regulatory oversight, and collaboration with sponsors to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.

The position requires travel up to 65-75% domestically and internationally, supporting multiple US sites in West and Central regions. Oncology experience is preferred, multi-specialty considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and /or biology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Performs site monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.
• Manages regulatory documentation in TMF and ensures site readiness.
• Travels domestically and internationally approximately 65–75% of working time.
