Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases. You will ensure strong site relationships, monitor compliance with ICH-GCP, and manage regulatory documentation in CTMS/eTMF while coordinating with sponsor teams.

The role requires capable communication, data-driven monitoring, and the ability to travel 65-75% domestically and internationally. Oncology experience is preferred, multi-specialty welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager through all phases of a clinical study.
• Coordinate and manage tasks with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready.
• Perform remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data completeness and patient safety.
• Maintain regulatory documentation in CTMS/eTMF and related systems.
