Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager for multiple sites across US locations, with West/Central preference. The role requires coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout all study phases.

Responsibilities include managing remote/on-site monitoring visits, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting audits while ensuring subject safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.
• Note: Specific monitoring and therapeutic area experience may vary by country or study needs.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a study.
• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data accuracy and patient safety.
• Collect, review and maintain regulatory documents for startup, maintenance and close-out.
• Communicate protocol conduct issues to investigators and escalate as needed.
• Maintain CTMS and eTMF records; support audits/inspections.
