Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Waltham, MA offers Full Time positions on our phone support team. This remote role begins after an onsite training period, with starting pay from $23.00 per hour plus a $3.00/hour weekend differential.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies for hires starting before September 30, 2026, plus quarterly incentives and a $500 credential bonus for CPhT/CPHT-ADV. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, company-paid life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years of experience.
• Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
