Fortrea is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead clinical trial initiatives, optimizing strategy, timelines, and budgets while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You will manage scope, risks, and governance, coordinating with global stakeholders in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with a focus on patient-centric delivery and compliant operations. Remote work options may be available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• Five years of clinical research experience in pharma/CRO with PM exposure.
• Ability to lead projects in matrix/virtual environments and manage scope, cost, and timelines.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and handling multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own project strategy and ensure timely, within-budget delivery with quality.
• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead risk management, change control, and KPI tracking for client metrics.
• Forecast revenue, manage costs, and ensure governance and compliance.
• Provide leadership to build high performing teams and mentor staff.
